A wonderful time was had by all who attended
last year's two-day event. We could not have asked for better
weather. The crafters had beautiful articles, the food vendors
kept us all well fed and the attendance was wonderful. Thank
you to everyone who attended! The proceeds from the weekend
will benefit children and adults alike with the planned improvements
to our parks.

Special thanks are deserved for Richard Jessop who chaired the
Fun Run/Walk of 2009.
Door prize donations were received from Hanson's Running Shop
who donated
six gift certificates, running gloves, bags and use of the clock.
Thanks to: Crazy Stitches Silk Screen & Embroidery- tee shirt
company, Discount Mugs for the water bottles, and Stickman Sport
running gloves. Many volunteers worked the event and we couldn't
have done it without all of them. Thanks to all City employees,
Department of Public Works, Administration, Police, and Fire,
for the extra effort to make the run a success.
