Final Presentation
Michigan State University Urban and Regional Planning students will be presenting their final Practicum project for the Downtown Utica Sub-Area Plan. The presentation will include a complete overview of the final Downtown Utica Sub-Area Plan.

• Background on the City of Utica (Socioeconomic Profile & Market Profile)
• A look in to the current land use, zoning, and establishments in the city
• Downtown Utica’s existing conditions
• Situational analysis including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to downtown Utica
• Background on community outreach that aided in the completion of this plan
• Final planning recommendations along with design images
